No. While leadership principles are discussed, D2L-O is primarily a discipleship journey focused on identity, maturity, and mission.
No. Whether you’ve followed Christ for six months or sixty years, D2L-O will challenge and deepen your faith.
Each week, participants complete a RightNow Media teaching in preparation for the Sunday morning session.
There are 8 total sessions, with one teaching assignment per week. Each assignment takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours to complete.
The goal isn’t simply to consume information, but to prepare your heart and mind for meaningful discussion, reflection, and personal growth during each session.
Designed to Lead laid important groundwork for understanding the heart, values, and direction behind D2L-O.
While Designed to Lead focused on Conviction, Culture, and Constructs, D2L-O takes the next step by helping participants personally walk out those principles through the journey of Identity, Maturity, and Mission.
In many ways, D2L-O is one of the key discipleship pathways that helps move conviction into culture and transformation into everyday life.
