Production Team
The production team at WCF consists of lighting, audio, video, multi-media, dance, drama and so much more. Our production team works together behind the scenes each Sunday to produce the services you see both online and, in the building.

HUB Team
Ushers
A team of individuals dedicated to serve, protect, and welcome you.
Our team provides support and security to our Pastors, Leadership and congregation within our building and property. Our team of Ushers will greet you in the foyers, help find seating for you, and serve the communion elements. They provide the supervision that is required for a smooth transition between services by directing vehicles in the parking lot and connecting you to people in other ministries that can answer your questions. The Usher’s ministry also works closely with our Emergency Response Team.
ERT
A ministry trained in CPR, First Aid, emergency and security protocols.
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) at WCF is comprised of volunteers who are mostly in the health profession, such as paramedics, nurses, pharmacists, etc. along with police officers, skilled professionals and basic responders. Placed in teams, these volunteers have CPR & First Aid training and are also trained to respond to church evacuations for fire or mobilization for tornadoes, and medical emergencies. The ERT ministry also works closely with our Usher’s ministry to provide support and security to our Pastors, Leadership and congregation within our building and property.
Welcome Centre
A gateway, providing information and registrations to all WCF has to offer!
The Welcome Centre is your link to the church! Our team will be happy to help you out if you’re new here or simply looking for more info to enrich your connection within WCF. They are located in the Main Foyer and typically answer questions about our ministries, church activities, mentor groups, and classes.
Looking to register for one of our events? We can help with that as well! You can also order your offering envelopes and we also have a debit/credit machine available for you to process your tithes/offerings. Need to know how to get involved in your church? We got you covered! If you enjoy meeting new people and are enthusiastic about our church community, this is the place for you!

Are you in town for a visit or looking to make WCF your home church? We understand that coming to a new place can be intimidating for anyone; so it’s important to our team to make this experience a comfortable one for you. Not sure you’ll know where to find us? We’re easy to spot in the foyers wearing our blue shirts! We’d love the opportunity to meet you so we can help you find your way around WCF, and to connect you with the right people, places and ministries.
After service, we invite you to our Guest room for refreshments where we will introduce you to our Pastors and Leadership; to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. We also love it when you say hi to us in the hallways when you come back again!
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Come join our Maintenance team and be a part of building God’s church! As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable renovation skills and take part in projects that will benefit all the members and visitors of this house.
